Appointment FAQs

What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations and no show fee is 100% of service. No refunds available.

Rescheduling - If you reschedule more than 3 times, I will cancel the appointment and will reach out to collect a non refundable deposit in order to keep your appointment.

Are we able to shop in-studio?

Yes! All products you see online are also available in-person as long as they're in stock! We always recommend planning in advance and ordering your products if you're not going to be coming in soon.

Can new clients book a peel or microneedling?

To ensure we're providing the safest and best results, we require that all new clients start with the New Client Consultation + Facial service. We can come up with a treatment plan and skin care regimen. Afterpay available.
